Online Membership

All membership applications must be entered online by filling out the form below.

How to join:

Euro-Toques is open to any chef or professional cook who takes an active interest in, and is committed to promoting, the values and ethos of the organisation. Members are not required to be formally trained chefs; however, they must be actively working in the sector and able to demonstrate proven professional experience. Each applicant is required to submit details of their experience along with a list of food suppliers.

Chefs and cooks wishing to join Euro-Toques Ireland must:

  • Submit a list of the food suppliers they use
  • Acknowledge food suppliers and producers on their menus
  • Follow the Euro-Toques principles of responsible food sourcin
  • Adhere to the Euro-Toques Code of Honour.

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE:

Chef Member – €150 + VAT

  • Open to all chefs, pastry chefs and chef lecturers working on the island of Ireland
  • Apply via the online application form by selecting the Full Chef Member category
  • This is the only membership category that grants full membership privileges

Professional Young Chefs (under 26 years of age) – FREE

  • Membership is free of charge

Kitchen Membership – €150 + VAT (+ €100 + VAT per person thereafter)
Designed for establishments with multiple chefs. Each chef must submit an individual application. Membership is held by the individual chef and is not transferable outside the establishment (e.g. restaurant, hotel or café) in which they are employed.

  • Executive or Head Chef: €150 + VAT
  • Additional Chef Member(s): €100 + VAT per person

Hotel Community Partnership – €500 + VAT
A corporate-style partnership for hotels wishing to support Euro-Toques and align with its ethos and values. The partnership includes membership for an Executive Chef or Head Chef and one additional chef. Membership is held by the hotel, which nominates the participating chefs, and is not transferable outside the establishment.

  • Included: Executive or Head Chef + one additional chef

Additional Chef Member(s): €100 + VAT per person

 

Online Chef Membership

    An invoice will be issued once your application has been approved.
