In 2007, La Rousse Foods became our partner in a programme to promote chefs and culinary skill in Ireland. The collaborative partnership between La Rousse Foods and Euro-Toques has developed over the years with La Rousse Foods becoming a principal partner and presenting partner of the Young Chef of The Year Competition in 2015. The Partnership aims to contribute to the ongoing culinary education of young and seasoned chefs, nurturing young talent, promoting Irish culinary heritage and putting Ireland on the culinary map. The partnership
San Pellegrino partners with Euro-Toques Ireland in its exclusive members’ events and the Young Chef of the Year Competition, Ireland’s premier culinary contest for professional young chefs. The finalists from it have gone on to enter San Pellegrino’s World Young Chef Competition, including 2015 global champion Mark Moriarty, the winner of the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year Competition in 2013).
San Pellegrino, a strong advocate for the progression of the culinary sphere, has recently developed the San Pellegrino Talks series #SPTALKS in collaboration with Euro-Toque Ireland. The series shares the same objective of creating meaningful dialogue amongst a supportive, food-focused community and of providing a platform for sharing international trends and ideas, with the Irish culinary community while fostering an environment for dialogue amongst the Irish and international culinary communities..
