We may collect the following information when you sign up to be a Chef member, Producer member, Partner or register to attend or participate an Euro-Toques Ireland event or competition:

  • Members photographs
  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to participating in our events and competitions.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send emails about ongoing activity in Euro-Toques Ireland, new membership benefits, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for membership purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail. We will only use your home or business address to send out plaques, stickers and any other Euro-Toques Ireland product you have requested from the office. Please note we do outsource our accounts to a third party company, DLD Accounting. They have access to your contact information via our office only to process annual subscriptions and payment. We have a strict contract and policy in place with them on data privacy which is audited from time to time to make sure they have your data secured. This contract is renewed on an annual basis where data is removed, renewed and updated.
