How to join:
Euro-Toques is open to any chef or professional cook who takes an active interest in, and is committed to promoting, the values and ethos of the organisation. Members are not required to be formally trained chefs; however, they must be actively working in the sector and able to demonstrate proven professional experience. Each applicant is required to submit details of their experience along with a list of food suppliers.
Chefs and cooks wishing to join Euro-Toques Ireland must:
- Submit a list of the food suppliers they use
- Acknowledge food suppliers and producers on their menus
- Follow the Euro-Toques principles of responsible food sourcin
- Adhere to the Euro-Toques Code of Honour.
MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE:
Chef Member – €150 + VAT
- Open to all chefs, pastry chefs and chef lecturers working on the island of Ireland
- Apply via the online application form by selecting the Full Chef Member category
- This is the only membership category that grants full membership privileges
Professional Young Chefs (under 26 years of age) – FREE
- Membership is free of charge
Culinary Team Membership for 4 Chefs – €500 + VAT (saving of €100)
The Culinary Team Membership is designed for restaurants, hotels, and food businesses where cooking is a team effort, and where a shared philosophy guides the work behind every service. By joining as a team, chefs become part of the Euro-Toques community together, while each individual is recognised for their own craft, commitment, and contribution.
Membership is held by the establishment, which nominates the chefs who represent it.
Each chef is recognised as an individual member of Euro-Toques, while remaining part of a wider team.
- Included: Up to 4 Chefs (e.g: Executive, Head, Sous, Head Pastry)
Additional Chef Member(s): €100 + VAT per person
