Young Chef of the Year Gala Dinner

The finals of the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year Competition, presented by La Rousse Foods, will take place on Sunday 6th October, followed by a Gala dinner that evening at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dublin 4.
The evening will mark the conclusion of the competition and the announcement of this year’s winner! This is a great occasion and an opportunity for members to gather and celebrate the best young talent on the island.
Chef members, former winners and friends will come together on the night to cook a five course dinner with wines from James Nicholsan Wines.
Time: Drinks Reception: 5.30pm / Dinner: 7pm
1. Canapes by Graham Neville of Dax, Dublin
2. Starter by Sunil Ghai of Pickle, Dublin
3. Fish course by Ahmet Dede of dede, Baltimore
4. Meat by Keelan Higgs of Variety Jones, Dublin
5. Dessert by Shauna Murphy of Terre
6. Cheese course selected by the Euro-Toques Food Council.
7. Celebratory drink designed by Majken Bech-Bailey
Tickets are priced at €145 per person(Inclusive of VAT + €2 booking fee) – Members and their families will be given priority when booking. If you are booking a table of 10, a discount of 10% will apply but tables of 10 must be booked through the office.
