Key Dates

The Euro-Toques Rising Pastry Chef of the Year Competition 2026 opens for entries on Thursday, 30th July 2026.

Start by simply registering your participation using the form below.

Candidates will have to submit their written entries in the form of a recipe and picture by Monday 17^th August 2026.

Interviews will be held on either Monday 24th or Tuesday 25^th August 2026 on zoom

The Euro-Toques Rising Pastry Chef of the Year Competition 2026 is scheduled for Monday 5^th October 2026 at Dundalk Institute of Technology, Dundalk

The Rising Star of the year will be formally announced during the Young Chef 2026 Gala Dinner held on Sunday 11^thOctober at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dublin.
