In 2026, Euro-Toques Ireland celebrates a remarkable milestone, 40 years of championing Irish food, craftsmanship, heritage and community. There could be no more fitting place to mark this special anniversary than Ballymaloe House, where the story of Euro-Toques Ireland first began.

We warmly invite you to join us for a day of celebration, friendship and discovery as we look back on four decades of supporting chefs, producers and the values that continue to define our organisation today.
