The Gala Dinner is always a special night for chefs, producers, and the wider food community to come together and celebrate the very best of Irish food. It’s all about connection, fun, and showcasing some of the finest talent in Ireland.
This year, the gala dinner will be on SUNDAY 12th October 2025 at The Intercontinental Hotel in Dublin, where we’ll not only be announcing the Young Chef of the Year 2025, but also the very first Rising Pastry Chef of the Year – both presented by La Rousse Foods.
