The recipients are voted on by Euro-Toques chefs who themselves subscribe to the highest standards in sourcing ingredients and culinary excellence. \nThe annual Euro-Toques Ireland Food Awards will take place on: \nDate: Monday 26th May \nVenue: Ashford Castle\, Cong. Co. Mayo. \nTime: 2pm-6pm \nTicket prices:  \nMember: €65 \nYoung Chef: €40 (under the age of 28) \nNon-Member: €80 \nPlease note: All prices are inclusive of VAT. \nThe Awards ceremony will take place in the kitchen garden of Ashford Castle\, followed by a delightful late lunch in the Lodge\, where you will have the opportunity to savour a variety of produce and engage with producers and chefs. \nDon’t miss out on this unique event\, the perfect occasion to connect and network with fellow chefs\, producers\, and members of the food community. \nRoom rates for the Lodge at Ashford Castle are available\, please contact office@euro-toques.ie for information.
