DESCRIPTION:Membership is extended to Small artisan producers whose work reflects the organisation’s commitment to quality and provenance. The Euro-Toques symbol is synonymous with excellence: it highlights locally produced foods and signifies endorsement by the country’s leading chefs. Producer membership provides access to nearly 200 of Ireland’s top chefs and restaurants\, all of whom have pledged to uphold the Euro-Toques Code of Honour and are committed to sourcing from small\, local producers. \nSmall Artisan Producers – €100 ( + VAT) \n\nOpen to companies or individuals directly involved in food production\, farming\, harvesting\, fishing or similar activities\nThis is an Associate Membership and does not confer Full Membership status\n\nFull information regarding applying for producer membership can be found here \n

It is a collective of skills\, disciplines\, and shared values. \nThe Culinary Team Membership is designed for restaurants\, hotels\, and food businesses where cooking is a team effort\, and where a shared philosophy guides the work behind every service. \nBy joining as a team\, chefs become part of the Euro-Toques community together\, while each individual is recognised for their own craft\, commitment\, and contribution. \nAt its heart\, this membership supports those who cook with integrity: respecting the seasons\, championing local producers\, and carrying forward the richness of Irish culinary heritage. \nWho it is for \n\nExecutive Chefs and Head Chefs\nPastry Chefs\nSous Chefs\n\nA brigade in all its forms – united by standards\, curiosity\, and care for the product. \nHow it works \n\n€500 + VAT per year\nIncludes up to four chefs within the same establishment\nAdditional Chef Member(s): €100 + VAT per person  (purchase here)\n\nMembership is held by the establishment\, which nominates the chefs who represent it.\nEach chef is recognised as an individual member of Euro-Toques\, while remaining part of a wider team. \nBeyond Membership \nFor hotels and larger venues\, this is also an opportunity to play a more active role within the community. \nCulinary Team Members may be invited to collaborate with Euro-Toques throughout the year – hosting events\, gatherings\, and key moments in the calendar. \nMount Juliet Estate is the first to join under this model\, marking the beginning of a closer partnership between kitchens\, places\, and the community we are building together. \nA simple idea \n€500 = a team enters the community \nNot as individuals working in isolation\,\nbut as a kitchen that stands for something – together.
